Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after each appointment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting in the electronic health system.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post‑procedure care.
• Manage appointment scheduling and handle front‑desk administrative tasks.
• Support a welcoming environment for pediatric patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant with a valid Wisconsin license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced pediatric environment.
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols.
