Registered Nurse - High Acuity Float Pool
Location: Seattle, Washington
Start Date: 09-14-2026
End Date: 12-14-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 3 weekend shifts per schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to patients in ICU and other high‑acuity units
- Titrate medication drips such as Epi, Norepi, Dobutamine, Propofol, Esmolol, Hydromorphone, Midazolam, CIS
- Use EPIC charting system to document care
- Collaborate with charge nurses and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in orientation, Myles modules, and Cerner validation classes
- Read telemetry strips and monitor patient status
- Assist with device training and ventilator management
Qualifications
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- WA or Compact license
- EPIC experience
- Prior floating experience in high‑acuity units
Knowledge & Skills
- ICU patient care
- Medication titration
- EPIC charting
- Ventilator management
- High flow, BiPAP, CPAP
- Telemetry interpretation
- Device training
