Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment planning
• Prepare and manage orthodontic appliances and records
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support patients during procedures with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain a welcoming and organized clinic environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental assistant certification preferred
• Experience in orthodontics a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Dental terminology and orthodontic appliance handling
• Infection control and sterilization procedures
• Patient education and communication
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
• Team collaboration and workflow management
