Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during all procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after each patient
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Coordinate with the dental team to schedule appointments and follow-ups
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their orthodontic journey

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an orthodontic setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Team player mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic procedures and appliance handling
• Dental instrument sterilization and infection control
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
• Team collaboration and workflow management
