Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with patient care and treatment preparation
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental impressions and record patient histories
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with the dental team
• Provide patient education and support to ensure a comfortable experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental assisting certification preferred
• Experience in pediatric dentistry a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Passion for helping children smile

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to handle dental instruments with precision
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
