Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with patient care and treatment planning
• Prepare and sterilize orthodontic instruments and materials
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Support orthodontic procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Experience with orthodontic procedures and patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection control
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic treatment planning
• Dental assistanting and patient management
• Sterilization and infection control protocols
• Use of orthodontic instruments and equipment
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
