Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Minimum of 0 years experience, with a passion for rehabilitation and memory care.
