Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Support patients in performing daily living activities to promote independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Adapt interventions to meet evolving patient needs

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (P-OTA) required
• Minimum of 0 years experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care techniques
• Therapeutic exercise and activity planning
• Documentation and charting
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
