Bill Rate: $37.00 - $40.00

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status, including oxygen saturation and arterial blood gases
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
- Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and other respiratory equipment
- Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway management
- Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy techniques and home care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in acute care or LTACH settings
- Strong knowledge of ventilator management, airway clearance, and pulmonary diagnostics
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
