Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Document progress and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises

Qualifications

• Valid state license in Speech Language Pathology
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
