Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document progress in electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Valid PA PT license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice
