Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients in developing and executing personalized therapy plans to improve mobility and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and interdisciplinary teams to assess patient progress and adjust interventions.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment.
- Support patients in achieving functional goals and enhancing quality of life.
Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required.
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.

- Patient assessment and evaluation
