Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients in developing and executing personalized therapy plans to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and interdisciplinary teams to assess patient progress and adjust interventions.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment.
• Support patients in achieving functional goals and enhancing quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
