Shift Type: Multiple 8-hour shifts available: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC, with rotating weekends, holidays, and call.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub across multiple surgical service lines including General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics
• Provide expert perioperative nursing care and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical journey
• Prepare the operating room, sterilize equipment, and maintain a sterile field
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to deliver seamless patient outcomes
• Document accurately using Epic and manage surgical supplies with Pyxis
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent surgical needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience is required
• Active Ohio RN license is required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association only is required
• Level I trauma experience is preferred
• CNOR certification is preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day, and lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing across multiple service lines
• Working knowledge of Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and OR safety protocols
• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and call
