Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois or a compact state - we can help with compact details if needed
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Previous Med/Surg or acute care experience is a plus, but we welcome passionate new grads too
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of Med/Surg nursing principles and best practices
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) and charting systems
• Ability to prioritize care and multitask with confidence
• Great bedside manner with a patient-first approach
• Team player who jumps in to help wherever needed
