Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus but not required

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records
