Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in a variety of settings
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
• Support patient mobility and transfer needs with proper safety techniques
• Document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new grads are welcome
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient-focused with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and families
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Physical stamina to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Reliability and punctuality for assigned shifts
