Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough teeth cleanings, assess oral health, and apply preventive treatments
• Take and process dental x-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist the dentist during procedures
• Sterilize instruments and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain one)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in a dental practice is a plus, but new grads welcome
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dental team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Expertise in patient education and preventive care
• Proficiency with dental software for charting and records
• Attention to detail and infection control standards
• Great interpersonal skills to make patients feel at ease
