Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for assigned CPH applications
  • Support integration and information exchange across clinical and business systems
  • Participate in the selection, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of software applications
  • Collaborate with the IS team to improve overall service to CPH and its affiliates
  • Manage projects and ensure healthcare applications run smoothly for better patient care

Qualifications

  • 4 years of Information Services experience with EMR, PACS, ERP, or other healthcare applications required
  • Intermediate SQL experience and familiarity with HL7, DICOM, and EDI standards
  • Project management proficiency preferred
  • No specific licensure or certification required

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field including IS, business, or health related field; relevant experience may substitute

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with EMR, PACS, and ERP systems
  • Intermediate SQL query skills
  • Understanding of HL7, DICOM, and EDI standards
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective training and communication skills
  • Project management aptitude
