Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Prepare and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe environment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Manage supplies and equipment to keep the office running smoothly

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training
• Radiography/X-ray certification required
• Experience in orthodontics is a big plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Current CPR certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures
• Proficiency in dental software and patient record management
• Exceptional patient care and bedside manner
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Team collaboration and adaptability
