Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses with care
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document vital signs
• Provide wound care and assist with daily living activities
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold high standards of care

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in the state of California
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous experience in a medical/surgical setting is a plus
• Ability to work the specified schedule including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and patient monitoring
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
