Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs through comprehensive assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or ability to obtain one)
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Prior experience in outpatient or acute care settings is a plus
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
- Proficient in using therapy equipment and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records
