Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs through comprehensive assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or ability to obtain one)
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Prior experience in outpatient or acute care settings is a plus
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
• Proficient in using therapy equipment and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records
