Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to every patient
• Perform thorough teeth cleanings and oral health assessments
• Take and process dental X-rays with care and accuracy
• Educate patients on smile-friendly habits and preventive care
• Document patient histories and treatment plans precisely
• Collaborate with dentists to create comfortable, positive visits

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification (we can help if you need to renew)
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Clinical experience in a dental practice is a plus
• A warm, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Comfort using dental instruments, X-ray equipment, and hygiene tools
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Friendly, clear communication with patients and teammates
• Experience with dental practice management software
