Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during exams, procedures, and adjustments
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and pour impressions, and prepare orthodontic materials
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records and support office workflow
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Must be ortho certified
• Previous orthodontic assisting experience is a plus
• A genuine passion for patient care and a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic assisting skills
• Ortho certification
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
