Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments
• Create individualized care plans to restore function and mobility
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of patient progress
• Supervise and support PTAs and rehab technicians
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team and families
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment for all patients

Qualifications

• You're a graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• You hold an active Virginia PT license (or can obtain one)
• Your communication and documentation skills are top-notch
• You're flexible and ready to adapt to new environments

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Patient care and rehabilitation techniques
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Documentation and record keeping
