Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during a variety of procedures, creating a calm, friendly experience for young patients
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, upholding top safety standards
• Take and process dental X-rays to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain precise patient records and assist with front desk duties when needed

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification/licensure as required by Wisconsin
• Prior experience in a dental office, ideally with pediatric patients
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, patient-centered approach
• CPR/BLS certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and digital charting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
