Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for assigned CPH applications
  • Serve as backup support for other CPH-supported applications
  • Facilitate integration and information exchange between systems
  • Participate in the selection, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of software applications
  • Collaborate with the IS team to enhance overall IT service delivery
  • Manage project tasks and contribute to the successful rollout of new solutions

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with EMR, PACS, ERP, or other healthcare applications
  • Intermediate-level SQL skills
  • Working familiarity with HL7, DICOM, and EDI standards
  • Project management experience is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Health, or a related field
  • Relevant experience may substitute for degree

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of EMR, PACS, and ERP systems
  • Understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards (HL7, DICOM, EDI)
  • Troubleshooting and application maintenance skills
  • Ability to train and support clinical and business staff
  • Project management capabilities
  • Team collaboration and clear communication
