Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement therapy interventions precisely as outlined in the OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely to support continuity of care
- Teach patients and families strategies to enhance independence and quality of life
- Communicate patient status and observations clearly to the supervising OT
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to ensure a secure environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license or ability to obtain one before start
- Strong teamwork skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Sound knowledge of occupational therapy principles and interventions
- Proficiency in patient education and family support
- Excellent documentation habits with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Empathetic patient care with a collaborative spirit
