Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of clinical software applications
• Provide software support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for CPH's EHR and other clinical applications
• Deliver training to clinical staff to ensure effective use of supported systems
• Collaborate with the IS team to enhance overall IT service delivery to the hospital and its affiliates
• Stay engaged with clinical information system needs and proactively identify improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous EPIC experience required (or 5 years of Information Services Systems Analyst experience)
• CPHIMS, CPHIT, or PMP certification preferred
• Advanced degree in Healthcare Informatics or related field preferred
• Must be available to work on-site full-time

Education

• Advanced Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related health field (preferred)
