Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the lead dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, maintaining a spotless and safe environment
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Provide compassionate support to patients before, during, and after treatment
• Document patient care details accurately to support treatment plans

Qualifications

• A friendly, caring demeanor and a passion for patient care
• Dental assisting certification or experience is a plus, but not required
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a busy environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Familiarity with dental software and charting systems
• Strong infection control and sterilization practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
