Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
  • Support patient mobility and safe transfers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
  • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Oklahoma
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in an acute care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
  • Skilled in taking and recording vital signs
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation
  • Team player with a positive attitude
