Shift Type: 8-hour per diem shifts, days and start times vary based on facility needs
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs, and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
- Support patients with meals, fluid intake, and nutritional needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania (or compact state if applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to lift and transfer patients and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and infection control practices
- Skill in using electronic health records (EHR) and documenting care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
- Time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
