Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior CNA experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach
• Basic knowledge of patient care principles and infection control
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Attention to detail and follow-through on care plans
