Roles & Responsibilities

• Team up with our pediatric dentist to deliver top-notch dental care to kids
• Keep the treatment room sparkling clean and perfectly prepped for each patient
• Capture those little smiles with dental X-rays and help them feel comfortable
• Turn scary dental visits into fun adventures by comforting our young patients
• Keep the office running smoothly by managing patient records and supplies
• Spread oral hygiene tips to kids and parents that actually stick

Qualifications

• You're a certified or registered Dental Assistant in Wisconsin (or on your way to getting there)
• CPR/BLS certified - because we care about safety first
• You have a knack for making kids laugh and feel at ease
• You love staying organized and keeping things tidy
• Bonus points if you've worked in pediatric or family dentistry

Knowledge & Skills

• You know your way around dental software and digital X-ray equipment
• You're a pro at sterilization and infection control
• You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
• You communicate clearly with parents, kids, and the whole dental team
