Shift Type: Various shifts, 12.5-hour shifts, flexible scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care on a busy Med/Surg unit
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Document accurately and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire (or compact state)
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic health records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Adaptable and eager to learn
