Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit
Monitor patient vital signs and assess changing conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Previous med/surg experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and management
Effective communication and teamwork
Time management and adaptability
