Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide total care to ICU patients with compassion and expertise
• Manage ventilators and critical care drips with precision
• Perform intubations, cardioversions, and IABP management
• Conduct thorough cardiac, neuro, and respiratory assessments
• Administer CRRT and proning protocols
• Document patient care in Meditech EBCD system
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Float to other medical‑surgical units as needed
• Use AIDET to enhance patient experience

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required
• TNCC certification a plus
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience
• Willingness to care for COVID‑19 patients
• Positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills
