Location: San Antonio, TX

End Date: 07-30-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity ICU patients making a real difference in their lives
Manage vasopressors and life-saving interventions with confidence and precision
Collaborate with an awesome cohesive team to provide top-notch care
Float as needed to support the hospital's mission while gaining diverse experience
Document accurately in Meditech to ensure seamless patient transitions

Qualifications

Active Texas RN license (no temp licenses accepted)
At least 2 years of ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
Experience with vasopressors essential

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with vasopressors and critical care procedures
Comfortable with Meditech documentation system
Strong patient assessment skills in 1:2 ICU ratios
Team player ready to float and support med/surg when needed
