Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a 32-bed Medical-Surgical ICU
• Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic status using Philips monitors
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
• Perform advanced procedures including CRRT, intubations, and central line placements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in Meditech
• Support and educate patients and their families during critical care stays

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TN or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with CRRT, intubation, and line placement highly preferred
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency with Philips patient monitors and Alaris IV pumps
• Experience with Meditech documentation system
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
