Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical patient care in a Level 2 trauma center
• Perform emergency procedures and interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech
• Apply AIDET communication to enhance patient experience
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and knowledge of trauma protocols

Qualifications

• Current KS RN license
• Minimum 2 years experience in trauma care
• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC certifications
• Preferred CPI, CEN certifications
• Knowledge of STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and triage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
