Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a Level 4 Trauma Center
• Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care based on acuity
• Collaborate with board-certified ED physicians and the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as needed
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas (or compact license) required
• Must hold current TNCC, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Less than 1 year of experience is welcome, but you should be ready to hit the ground running
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rural emergency setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with emergency procedures and trauma care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable with 24/7 emergency coverage and holiday rotation
