Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality emergency care to patients in a fast‑paced environment
• Perform triage and rapid assessment of incoming patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures using Baxter pumps and GE monitors
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner
• Coach and mentor staff, providing real‑time feedback
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain patient safety and uphold the hospital’s high standards of quality

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Level II trauma center or high‑volume ED
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC certifications
• Proficiency with Baxter pumps, GE monitors, and Cerner
• Strong teamwork, coaching, and flexibility skills

• Use of advanced medical equipment

• AIDET communication and patient experience
