Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
BLS certification required
ACLS and PALS preferred
Previous ER experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records
Adaptability in a dynamic, high-stress environment
