Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed (Shift type indicated as RNS)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions; report changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on condition, treatment plans, and self-care
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
Participate in unit initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient experience

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications encouraged
Clinical experience in acute care or related setting preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing patient needs

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring skills
Medication administration and IV therapy fundamentals
Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
Effective teamwork, prioritization, and time management
