Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in the Cardiovascular Lab
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Communicate continuously with physicians regarding patient conditions and changes
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and procedure room readiness
• Assess and prepare supplies for individual cardiovascular cases
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active RN license (verified via Nursys) and BLS/ACLS from AHA
• At least one year of experience in a Cath Lab or critical care setting
• A compassionate and detail-oriented approach to patient care
• BSN preferred; but we value experience too!

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable with cardiovascular monitoring and hemodynamic assessment
• Strong critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of sterile technique and cardiovascular lab protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain equipment and manage inventory efficiently
