Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Take call and respond promptly to patient emergencies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Monitor patient vitals and document progress accurately
• Advocate for patients and educate families on care plans

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work a call rotation and adapt to changing schedules

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
