Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging for outpatient and Express Care patients
• Position patients safely and comfortably to capture diagnostic images
• Operate imaging equipment and adjust technical factors to produce clear images
• Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure patient protection at all times
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records with attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and clinical teams
• Assist with basic equipment checks and report any maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification (mandatory)
• Active AART CT certification (required)
• ODH License (Ohio Department of Health) required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association only
• Preferred: One year of clinical experience in CT/X-ray or radiology settings
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and to push/pull up to 50 lbs

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in CT and X-Ray imaging techniques and protocols
• Understanding of radiology safety standards and infection control
• Patient positioning and comfort techniques for diagnostic imaging
• Familiarity with imaging documentation and basic PACS/workflow
• Good communication skills and teamwork in busy outpatient settings
• Physical stamina for standing/sitting long periods and assisting with patient movement
