Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Restore function, reduce pain, and help patients get back to doing what they love
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certification required
- Previous experience in acute care or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Skilled in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Proficient in electronic medical records documentation
- Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
