Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead as charge nurse, coordinating resident care and making a real impact
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Perform wound care and treatments with compassion
• Provide skilled nursing to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
• Collaborate with the on-call physician and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active RN license (compact accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of LTC experience
• Experience with MatrixCare EMR
• Ability to act as charge nurse and pass medications

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration expertise
• Wound care and treatment knowledge
• Charge nurse leadership skills
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Compassionate care for residents with chronic conditions
