Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services across outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
• Evaluate and treat an average of 8 patients per day, developing personalized care plans to restore mobility and independence
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab aides, and the PT manager to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Accurately document patient progress using MatrixCare/Matrix charting system
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, equipment use, and fall prevention

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree required
• BLS Certification required (from AHA or equivalent)
• 1+ years of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome - we'll train you!
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Current ND Physical Therapist license or willingness to obtain before start

Education

• Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in outpatient and acute inpatient physical therapy
• Understanding of swing bed skilled nursing rehabilitation
• Excellent patient education and communication abilities
• Comfort with electronic charting systems, preferably MatrixCare
• Ability to adapt to a diverse patient population and acuity levels
