Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population across ER, MedSurg, and Swing Bed units
• Administer IV medications, fluids, and blood products with precision and care
• Titrate drips and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes
• Interpret ECGs and manage cardiac monitoring for patients
• Collaborate with a dedicated team using a team nursing model to deliver seamless care
• Deliver compassionate, specialized care to geriatric patients with dementia, stroke, and complex chronic conditions
• Respond quickly and effectively to trauma cases in a critical access rural setting
• Support rehabilitation and restorative care for patients recovering from acute illness or surgery

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in ER or MedSurg settings
• Previous travel experience not required
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Ability to titrate drips and interpret ECGs independently
• Understanding of dementia, stroke, skin care, and geriatric patient care
